Our Executive Affiliates typically work with us as "virtual partners", meaning that they may bring us an idea or we find a business that would benefit from their involvement. Our Executive Affiliates work along side us in sourcing and evaluating transactions and, depending upon the needs of the company and the goals of the individual, roles include consultancy, membership on the Board of Directors, and C-Level executive roles.

It is not uncommon for our Executive Affiliates to have other interests besides their involvement with our firm. We have developed a customized compensation structure that has rewarded many of our partners, which we establish up front with all of our executives.
