We have found our senior manager attention to transactions and our cycle time on diligence, decision making, documentation, financing, and management compensation arrangements has proven to be a competitive advantage in winning and closing transactions. These factors have made HRCP a preferred acquirer of businesses, especially family owned businesses where owners care deeply about the ongoing success of their old businesses and past employees.

In addition to the principals, over the years our firm has deliberately cultivated a group of seasoned executives, whom we call our Executive Affiliates. These individuals are very important to our firm. They have extensive experience in a variety of our target industries and assist us in sourcing and analyzing transactions. They provide valuable board service post closing. Executive affiliates, as well as operating managers at portfolio companies, are welcome to, and frequently do, participate as co-investors in new transactions.
