Phil Cagnassola joined HRCP in 2001. Phil is currently Chairman of MEGTEC Holdings, Inc. Phil also served as Chairman of The Fitzpatrick Company and interim CFO and director of Davis-Standard. Prior to joining HRCP, Phil was VP of Business Planning at Walker Digital and CFO of PC Flowers. He began his career at Ernst & Young prior to joining GE Capital's Structured Finance Group.

Phil earned a B.S. in accounting from Fairfield University and is a licensed CPA.
