Hamilton Robinson LLC invests in Baker Process
Stamford, CT - October 31, 2001 - Hamilton Robinson LLC , associated investors, and management have
invested in the recapitalization of the oil and gas
process equipment division of Baker Process,
a division of Baker Hughes (TKR: BHI). The new company,
named Petreco, is an industry leading supplier of process
equipment for produced water treatment, crude oil treatment
and injection water filtration, and includes the industry
leading process separation technologies of Petreco, Krebs,
Metrol, Vortoil and Wemco.
Hamilton Robinson LLC negotiated the terms of the transaction and
acted as the financial advisor to its fund and the associated
investors.
