HRCo completes exit of Applied Process Solutions Inc. (APSI)
Stamford, Connecticut - January 2, 2001 - Hamilton Robinson LLC (HRCo) completed
its exit from Applied Process Solutions Inc. (APSI),
a leading supplier of natural gas and oil processing
equipment. APSI's investors sold the stock of the company
to Hanover Compressor Company (NYSC:HC) in exchange
for shares of Hanover common stock.
HRCo, APSI's controlling shareholder, negotiated the
terms of the transaction and acted as financial advisor
to APSI.
